While preparing for your new babe, it is important to promote calmness and moving slow throughout your hectic days. Even if it jus for an hour while the kids are at school, its so important to integrate this in your routine.

I have so many friends having babies right now, and notice a direct correlation between lifestyle while pregnant and the babies personality in the early stages. Those who took time to prepare foods at home, exercise often and take ‘me” days, had children that were very calm in nature… but all babies are different 🙂
